New Team Elected For Credai Vizag

Visakhapatnam:Visakhapatnam chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (Credai) has ushered in a new executive committee for 2025–26, marking a fresh phase of leadership aimed at driving the city’s real estate development with renewed purpose.

While V Dharmender has been elected as the new chairman of the chapter, E Ashok Kumar will take charge as president. The crucial role of general secretary has been entrusted to V Sreenu.

The team also comprises vice presidents P Narasimha Rao, KVR Raju (Ramesh), and G Karthik. Supporting them in administrative functions are joint secretaries Ch. Govinda Raju, N Srinivas Rao, and M. Krishna Mohan Rao. The chapter’s financial responsibilities will be overseen by Kancheti Srinivas Rao as the new treasurer. The executive board includes Ganapathiraju Rajesh, Kiran Kumar Rajana, K. Satyanarayana, SS Naga Raju, and M Ranganadham as members.

In a bid to promote broader inclusion and groom future leadership, the chapter has given focused attention to youth and women’s representation. Credai said in a release that Pavan Sanka will serve as the youth wing co-ordinator, with N Bharanidhar as the secretary. The women’s wing will be led by Ch. Bharati as co-ordinator. Pranathi Reddy will be the new youth wing secretary.
